Day 01 :
Arrival in Entebbe – Transfer to Kasese
- Meet and greet at Entebbe International Airport.
- Transfer to Kasese (8–9 hrs drive) with scenic stopovers.
- Overnight at a hotel/lodge in Kasese.

Day 02 :
Nyakalengija to Nyabitaba Hut (2,652m)
- Register at Rwenzori Park HQ and meet your mountain crew.
- Begin the trek through rainforest to Nyabitaba Hut (5–6 hrs).
- Expect to see colobus monkeys, birds, and lush vegetation.

Day 03 :
Nyabitaba to John Matte Hut (3,505m)
- Descend to the Mubuku River and cross the Kurt Shafer Bridge.
- Ascend through bamboo and heather zone to John Matte Hut.

Day 04 :
John Matte to Bujuku Hut (3,977m)
- Hike through boggy areas and across the Bujuku River.

Day 05 :
Bujuku to Elena Hut (4,540m)

- Descend to Kitandara Hut for overnight rest.
